Tee Tucker and David Roy Griffin were part of our team that helped us sell our house. The team put together a wonderful video that really represented our house with great pictures, true to scale so that when people looked for a house to buy online they knew exactly what they were getting. They also highlighted the amenities of your neighborhood, with video, and those two things combined really brought in quite a few buyers. Whenever we had question they were available for us, which was helpful to us as nervous sellers. I started out by applying for a home mortgage loan through USAA and this benefit program got me in contact with Real Estate III. William “Tee” Tucker reached out to me and helped me out with the process. He started out by sending me houses that he thought fit my criteria well. I was out of state, so Tee and his colleague David visited the houses on my behalf. David was skillful in his ability to capture the essence of neighborhood and the homes positive and negative qualities on video giving me peace of mind to make an informed decision. Tee was also great going through the all the paperwork line by line, that way I knew exactly what I was doing. Tee Tucker oriented us ahead of time to the steps of the process from preparation thru advertising of the house. He was in close touch as we proceeded through the various stages of preparing the house for sale and the back-and-forth that goes along with fixing up the house to the satisfaction of prospective buyers. The video that David (our co-listing agent) put together with a drone aerial view of the house, powerfully revealed our setting on a wooded lot. Overall, it was a professional process from beginning to end and it is always good to be at the end with a successful outcome!

William “Tee” Tucker IV is a Charlottesville native who began his Real Estate career in 1999. After twelve years with Century 21 he joined Real Estate III in 2011. He has received eight Silver Medallion status awards 2011-2019 and the “Circle of Excellence” award for outstanding sales in 2012, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, & 2019.
